Refund policy
At The Aviation Flight Club, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. However, there are exceptions with products such as skin care. For example if you have opened the product have completed a skin test and have had a reaction then we will happily refund you your funds.
To initiate a return, please contact us at theaviationflightclub@protonmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at theaviationflightclub@protonmail.com

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
